On The Farm - Rules & Guidelines
 
 
 
 
General Rules:
  • Kids Accompanied by an Adult. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult for all farm activities. No one under the age of 16 will be permitted on the premises without being accompanied by a paying adult.
  • No Alcohol, Drugs, Profanity or persons under the influence are permitted on the property.
  • No Running, Horseplay, or Destruction of Property.
  • No Smoking or open flames on the farm. This included vape pens, hookah pens, and electronic cigarettes.
  • No Pets allowed on the farm.
  • Flashlights are recommended to be brought from home.
  • Please keep our farm clean and use the trash cans provided.
  • Please be patient and courteous with all staff and customers on the farm.
  • No Vandalism. Any persons involved in vandalism, including the throwing of corn and damage to corn stalks, will be removed from the premises without a refund and will face legal charges. Parents are responsible for the actions of their children.
  • Not Liable for injury or property loss. Weakland Farms is not liable for any personal injury or property loss.
 
Corn Maze Rules:
  • No Running or Horseplay inside the maze.
  • Please Stay on the Paths. Short-cuts permanently damage the maze and ruin the fun for everyone.
  • No Vandalism. Vandalizing will not be tolerated. Do not pick, throw, or damage the corn, stations or other objects found inside the maze.
  • No Smoking or open flame is permitted in the corn maze. This included vape pens, hookah pens, and electronic cigarettes.
  • Keep the Maze Clean. Please keep our maze clean and use the trash cans provided.
  • No Outside Food/Beverages. No beverages or food items purchased outside the farm are permitted in the corn maze. We sell water, soda, and other drinks along with food at the indoor concession stand.
  • Use Porta-Potty. Do not go the bathroom inside the corn maze. Porta potties are available on the farm and should be used before entering the corn maze.
  • Be Courteous. Please be courteous to others. Do not scare or disrespect other people inside the corn maze.
  • No Bicycles, Four Wheels, or Dirt Bikes permitted in the corn maze. Parents are permitted to use strollers and wagons to carry their children.
 
Barnyard Educational Animals Rules:
  • Do not pick up the animals.
  • Do not feed the animals anything but the approved animal feed.
  • Do not open the animal gates.
  • Customers are not permitted inside the animal pens.
  • Do not hit or abuse the animals.
  • Do not smoke near the animals and their pens. This included vape pens, hookah pens, and electronic cigarettes.
  • Please obey all posted signs near the animals.
  • Do not destroy any signs or objects found in the barnyard.
 
Wagon Ride Rules:
  • Must remain seated at all times, no standing.
  • No smoking on the wagon ride. This included vape pens, hookah pens, and electronic cigarettes.
  • Keep hands and feet in wagon at all times.
  • Children must be seated with an adult at all times.
  • The wagon ride’s final departure EVERY evening will be at 6:00 p.m. with NO EXCEPTIONS.
 
Pumpkin Patch Rules:
  • No kicking or throwing of the pumpkins.
  • Do not cut a pumpkin off the vine unless you wish to purchase the pumpkin.
  • No running or horseplay in the pumpkin patch.
  • Pumpkins are not included in the price of admission and must be purchased separately.
 
Group Party Rules:
  • Must have a group of 20 people or more to get the group rate.
  • Must book or reserve a party in advance to get the group rate.
  • All group members, parents, guardians, chaperones, and guest are required to purchase admission. This admission price is at the group rate and is mandatory regardless of age or involvement. Again, all individuals, including young children and adults, must pay for admission into Weakland Farms if participating in a group function.
  • Tables are reserved for a maximum of 2 hours. Although your table reservations expire after 2 hours, your group is permitted to remain on the premises.
  • All group members must be on-time for a scheduled reservation. If your group is late, Weakland Farms reserves the right to adjust your party accordingly.
  • Booking a party does not give your group exclusive rights and sole access to the farm. Other parties and the general public may be on the premises.
  • Our staff will seat your group where we see fit based on group size, party timing, and the order in which you book.
  • Your group or party must have a designated individual in charge of organizing and monitoring group members. Weakland Farms does not provide a party coordinator.
  • No food items are permitted to be brought into Weakland Farms for parties, with the exception of cake and/or ice cream.
  • Cake and ice cream utensils, such as forks, knives, spoons, and serving dishes, are not provided by Weakland Farms. Please bring these items with you before arriving.
  • Decorations are acceptable with prior approval by the Weakland Farms' staff. Cleaning up these decorations is the responsibility of the party.
  • Weakland Farms reserves the right to eject any group members from the farm if rules are severely disobeyed and/or severe misconduct is observed.
  • When booking a party at Weakland Farms we ask that you estimate your number of guests within 5 people. You will be responsible for paying any differences above or below your estimate regardless of the number present.
